We are so thankful for your interest in being a part of Handmade Vintage Market. This application is for HVM Summer hosted on Saturday, June 13, 2020. It will be held in the Llama Barn at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds in Noblesville, Indiana. This will be an exciting one day destination event. We strongly urge you to read our terms (found at the bottom on this application).

The barn will be open between 12pm - 7pm on FRIDAY, June 12, 2020 for booth setup. You must be able to set up your booth on this date to be considered a potential vendor.

The application process begins on February 29, 2020. We will email every applicant to let you know whether or not you have been selected by March 28, 2020. If you are selected, you must be prepared to pay your booth fee within twelve days. Any unpaid booths will be forfeited.

In an effort to create a diverse shopping experience for our guests, we limit the number of vendors we accept in each category.

(fabric goods, sewing, knitting, crotchet, embroidery, etc...)

Our intention is to create a market filled with eye-catching, unique, and well branded products. Please provide us with a well-lit, sharp, stylized photo of the products you intend to sell at the market.

We take pride in creating a market with well branded, intentionally thought out booths. Please provide us with a photo of your booth space. If you do not have one, please provide us with a mockup of what your design will look like. If you provide a photo, that is not your booth, be sure to let us know that.

Below are the terms and conditions we expect all vendors to comply with. Please check each box if you agree with the terms. We will only consider applications in which all terms have been agreed.

I understand that setup is Friday, June 12, 2020 from 12pm to 7pm and my booth must be set up on Friday.
I understand that submitting this application does NOT mean that I am automatically approved for the market.
I understand that once I am approved into the market and pay my fee, I am subject to cancellation terms. If I cancel 30 or more days prior to the market, my vendor fee will be refunded and a $30 cancellation fee will be assessed. If I cancel less than 30 days before the market, my vendor fee will not be refunded.
